Why do you need to EXPLAIN or EDUCATE? Their reaction is

inconsequential to what Tibet is and what Tibet will be.

As long as you are in the position to EXPLAIN YOUR POSITION, you are at the position of being judged and they are at the position of asserting judgment.

Why do you even put yourself in such a position?  For what gain?
