什么叫动用公款？你所在的公司没搞过活动吗？我们公司经常办卡拉OK比赛，也是用公款，当然在国外是不会唱“红歌”的。关键是你怎么就对唱“红歌”这么感冒呢？红歌黑歌都是歌，唱出来高兴就行。一提到红歌就要和文革扯上，你累不累呀！
