1) 政法大学时闹得 is NOT the "最凶". It doesn't represent other university/colleges NOT have students get killed.

2). "那个丁什么只找到201个，比官方的还少" - She is under seriously monitor most of the time. of course she find less 'No. of dead people' than 官方.
