Li Xiaolin worked with Beijing Bureau of Electrical Power after graduating from 电视大学. The Bureau planned to send 3 staff to Qinghua University for gruduate studies. Five participated in a writing test and Li Xiaolin ranked number 5. The management of the Bureau then decided to send all 5 to Qinghua.
