otherwise, restriction and condition should be applied. ie: term of contract on transport revenue warrentteed by land ajacent to china.. business is business... you want something, pay for it.... asking for 3 port is too much and obviously seeking total control of the transport via dog eat dog system plus external capitals from japan...

so if they want a port.. they can have one... otherwise, no port... and do not forget profit...

loans?? yes, morgage pls... if you cannot pay according to the term, we get the land... make sure the price is right as well!
