美国公布对台湾军售方案， 中国政府除了再三抗议， 还能怎么办？

我建议，

1. 停止中美两国军方高层交流六个月，召回中领馆最高军人代表。

2. 既然这次军售总值超过60亿美元， 中国政府应抛售现有所持美元国债120亿美元，加倍惩罚；

3. 台湾政府在买卖交易中有不可忽略的责任，故此在两岸经贸中，减少贸易，惩罚台湾60亿美元。

以观后效， 再买再卖再罚。
