Google has been thinking quit due to frequent failures in fighting with other Chinese rivals, not just recently.
This time, it started to execute quit with a "smart" strategy that China goverment does not allow it run, not becasue of its own incapability (to adapt to China's specific environment). So the quit is unavoidable. BIDU's stop relentless rise proved this.
