Chinese enterprises have no "brand" because they have very little innovations. They are good at large-scale manufacturing and modifying existing design for product variations, but not true innovations (such as flat screen TV vs tradional, Wii vs Seagate, iPhone vs Nokia handheld).
Innovation and quality control to a lesser degree make a brand. All enterprises have to get there in the long run.
