离休干部 has DB pension and 100% covered health care in China. If she need accommodation, just ask the government. By law, wife has full access to any asset left by hu*****and. Your Mom should wake up and grow up, stop being a Son's Mom (the other side is Mom's boy). God gave your brother to your ex-sister-in-law. She is entitled to have all.
