钓鱼岛历来是中国领土

中国人民解放军副总参谋长葛振峰上将将于2月16日访问日本。此次访问是中日防卫交流的一个组成部分，为期5天。

据《共同社》2月14日报道，葛振峰上将将会与日本防卫相浜田靖一举行会谈。日本媒体报道说，此次会谈内容有可能涉及中国军费和钓鱼岛问题。
