What qaulify for a superpower?

Having exchanged with a lot of guys here on a few of issues, I wonder how each one of you answer the following question.

What qualify for a superpower? or what does a country have to do to achieve "superpower" status?

- has a lot of money?
- become icon for whole world in humanity and civlization ?
- Possess the largest military forces
..
..
or what ?
