Just ask him on what bases did he made that conclusion that these countries are not good at running themselves? What's the criteria of the evaluation of different countries' governance? and who should judge better about the governance in local areas: the people living there or the people living in other places? How does he cope with the cultural, economical, political, historical and geographcial differences in evaluating different coutries' governance? Is coalition government in Iraq now a better governance or should it be better replaced by some corporations? Surely a simple subjective judgement of good and bad is not enough to support his argument. He got to prove his claim by evidences which i don't think he can get any! For there is no simple answer here.
