History of europe and the west

First it was like china warrring states where greek city states and the european union. Then emperor of rome brought civilization to europe and the west where there was order under royalties and nobility. Then europe through rome maintained law and order through christianity where god reigned supreme. Then it came science where laws maintained order. Even science states nature has laws of nature. But the question of law through islam and christianity is through god, whereas the question of law in the west is through democracy where anyone can vote and majority rule. Whereas in china the law is determined by the state where leaders and the educated elite write the law.
