US tariffs and rare earth restriction along with soybean.

I think china should negotiate in apec with a loosening of soybean purchases in order to lessen some of the tariff. China is going to import soybean regardless and since argentina is a right wing hostile government to china, china does not have to import everything from argentina. So in order to negotiate for an american lessening of tariff china should agree to import some soybean from america. However china should be more restrictive when it comes to rare earth as rare earth is polluting to mine and china wants to export electric vehicles and other tech products.
