最后稻草,如果DELL电脑拒绝开机,专家会让你做这些

如果机器在保,你打电话可能他们会让你完成这些步骤。如果出了保修期,这些步骤是花钱送修前的最后稻草。有些组合键,还真是第一次学到。这些步骤可能对正常使用出问题的机器有效,对物理损坏或进水估计就没戏了。

前一段与机器人的对话只留了最后一步。前面的省略是各种常规操作大部分人都会尝试下(如电源线、拨电池)。

Please connect the AC adapter or charger, and then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Note: When the AC adapter or charger is removed from the computer during the reset process, or the power button is pressed for less than 25 seconds or longer than 40 seconds, the RTC reset will be aborted.

*Note:* Be careful while removing the parts so that there is no damage caused during the process. If you're not comfortable doing this, let us know. 

Please test the system after removing each of the components to check if there is any change.

- Leave the AC adapter plugged into the system.
- Hold down the M key on the keyboard and press the Power Button at the same time.
- Look at the battery LED to see if it lights up amber while both keys are held.
