旧诗一首--When I am with you

旧诗一首。今天因为评论一个网友的帖子，写到“to be with you",想起这首旧作，重新翻出来。

那时候我和LG还是朋友，soulmate,但还谈不上通俗意义上的恋人，更不是情人。 我们长期分居两地，能够在一起的很短暂的一两天时间，就是在咖啡馆聊天，去书店看书，在外滩散步，谈论God，love, pain , self-steem, mistakes，regrets and growth。 都是我生命里最关心在意的一些话题和困惑。

我们都很reserved，那时候还没有牵过手，只是在分别的时候，他亲过一次我的额头。

分别后，我想念和他在一起的时光，写了这首诗。是我的真实感觉， 我甚至对他谈不上爱，因此整首诗里也没有敢写爱。

When I am with you 
                诗篇23 写于 5/14/2007

When I am with you,
 The air smells differently ,
Like flowers blossom in April.

When I am with you,
 I  wish time stands still,
 But I know it would fly,
Faster than ever.
 
When I am with you ,
I don’t care what things we do,
As long as,
I am with you.

Sitting in a couch,
Reading a book,
Watching TV,
Taking a nap at noon in the couch,
Walking on the street ,by the river
Going to bookstore/coffee shop...
 I don’t care, I don’t care,
We talk, we don’t talk,
 I don’t care ,
As long as I get to see you,
See your shinning eyes looking into mine
 Shall we listen some music?
Oh, no, I feel dizzy just seeing you,
I ‘ll be drunk if adding music, no no no

When I am with you
But the air smells so different ,
 the air smells fresh, pure , full of peace and joy
when I am with you.

When I am with you,
I am a better person, I feel so
 I am having hope, I feel so
I am closer to HIM(注）, I feel so

I ‘ll be sad since I know I may miss you more later
Unbearable
I feel sweet and sad,
Full of courage , but also scared
If I look somewhere else , that is because I want to hold my tears
I am soooo happy, but why I want to cry ?

The wind blowing the trees,
The grass turning green ,
Your smile like the wind, blowing my heart ,
You bring the sunshine into my world ,
The feeling is so good,
When I am with you,
 I just want to be with you ,
I’ll be with you…


（注）Him means God. My husband helped me tremendously in my relationship with God. we did not focus on each other at the beginning of our relationship. I do not think we were ready for a relationship at that time. we developed our friendship,  he helped me to understand :"no matter if you feel or not, God loves you, that is the fact"

半年后，我们又见面了，2年多后，我们结婚了。it has been a very very good journey to walk with God, with your loved one.
