Of course, most music displayed in this website are copyrighted by original creator.  But I believe this website is set for the purpose of critisim, comment, and nonprofit music education.  So it is considered to be fair use of copyrighted work.

Well, thanks for bringing this question, a disclaimer of fair use is suggested to be added for each post in the furture.
