【菩提树 和 椴树 -- 与误译 毫不相关】

菩提树 和 椴树  有些很相像

菩提树主要生长在 热带和亚热带的南部

椴树 主要生长在北半球

有说 将 linden tree 翻译为 菩提树 是 误译，错译，

甚至因日本人 将 椴树 翻译成 菩提树，中国人 跟着日本人这么称呼，是根本 胡诌！

 

与误译 毫不相关

菩提树(Ficus religiosa L.)，是一种桑科榕属的植物。

菩提树（学名：Ficus religiosa），又稱 菩提榕，是一种桑科榕属植物。

原产于印度也是印度的國樹，在中国西南部、以及中南半島也有。

德國柏林的菩提樹下大街，德語爲Unter den Linden；奥地利作曲家舒伯特的《菩提树》，

德语为Der Lindenbaum。實際上德語的Linde，Lindenbaum是椴樹而非菩提樹。

椴树 Tila

距离的很远，甚至100～200米外。

白天黑夜从其周围经过，有舒适怡雅的芳香，这是菩提树根本没有的。

 

椴树（学名：Tilia）植物统称椴树，属于锦葵目锦葵科椴树亚科，旧时分类于椴樹科（Tiliaceae）或田麻科。

椴树被日耳曼人尊奉为爱情与幸运女神弗蕾亞。

与欧洲橡木相对，椴树常被认为是女性的植物，由于其名字与德语"柔和"一词"lind"音近。

在日耳曼人心中，椴树是神圣的。
