【專輯簡介】

The Overtones (絃外之音)原是英國的一個五人樂隊，創建於2010年。他們的出道專輯Good Ol' Fashioned Love在發行時進入了英國專輯排行榜第16位。再發行後進入了英國專輯榜第四位。2016年11月21日，成員之一Matley通過Twitter宣布，由於被診斷患有皮膚癌，他不會參加樂隊其他的巡迴演出。隨著他的治療進展，Matley在2017年回歸樂隊的巡演承諾，五人樂隊開始錄製他們的第六張錄音室專輯。不幸地Matley於2018年4月9日因陽台摔倒造成多處創傷而死亡。樂隊取消了他們的大部分巡演，以便為Matley的死療治悲痛，然後以四人成員回到工作室完成專輯。 此專輯The Overtones於2018年10月19日在樂隊自己的音樂標籤GamblingMan Records上發行，其中包括由Timmy Matley先前錄製的一首歌曲。
