I haven't thought about this question carefully. But basically, I tend to agree with 六根胡须兄's point (I almost always agree with him). Temperature is not energy. It is not part of any four vector. It is a parameter of a system which characterizes the distribution of its states. It is a statement of relative weight of the states. A Lorentz boost should not be able to change the relative weight, as it only acts on the collective center of mass.
