Chinese pop singer Ha Hui's (哈輝) beautiful self-produced disc, Hymn: If I speak in the tongues of angels
(我若能说天使的话语) has the distinction of being one of the very few Chinese-language recordings of
contemporary Christian songs. While Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) has a sizable market in South
Korea, for various reasons, virtually no recordings have been released in China - despite a considerable
Christian minority. For her recording she has selected a number of songs from one of the Chinese House
Church hymnals as well as contributing several of her own originals. Altogether, this is a beautiful, inspiring
disc of contemporary religious pop from a surprising source!

哈輝，古典音樂演唱家，生於陝西漢中。中國國學推廣大使，目前研創新雅樂。中央民族大學
副教授。早期作品以民歌為主，2008年哈輝個人藝術演唱風格正式由“民歌”轉型為“跨界古
典”演唱風格。
