Satimo acquires Antennessa

French mobile equipment emissions monitoring equipment manufacturer Antennessa has been acquired for an undisclosed amount, in cash, by Satimo, a larger French company operating in the same field. Antennessa generated a turnover up 30 percent to EUR 2.3 million last year, while Satimo's had a 35 percent organic growth in revenue to EUR 17 million in its fiscal year to the end of March. Satimo said the transaction will allow it to be a reference in the world market for electromagnetic emissions measurements. It will extend its products by adding mobile equipment used to measure exposure to emissions and complementary antenna systems.
