MINDBill version 7 is an all-in-one platform that helps service providers quickly and efficiently handle millions of subscribers and transactions. Because MINDBill is fully convergent, it lets service providers bill different services such as Voice Calls, SMS, MMS, and other value-added services in a single bill.

According to the company, the real time quota allocation of Multiple Services Credit Control feature enables the simultaneous usage of a number of services through different protocols. MINDBill Prepaid IN directly interacts with the relevant network elements using distinct AAA protocols.

The convergence of prepaid and postpaid services can be taken care within same account using MINDBill solutions. As same engine is used for charging the same rate plan may be applied for both prepaid and postpaid. The highlighted features of postpaid are applicable for prepaid in real time which includes multi-dimensional rating, configurable discounts, free unit bundles, taxation, recurring and one time charges. It facilitates the account balance recharge with all payment modes and also promotes new customer self care facilities.

Monica Eisinger, chairperson and CEO of MINDBill, said the company believes that there are signs of market improvement as the firm encounters increased interest in their range of solutions, from new prospects as well as its existing customer base.
