10bagger, there are some China Finance connections here in BFAR so I'd advise caution. CHFI is a notorious destroyer of shareholder value until they sell off their holdings.....

Looking at the proxy statement here, it looks like the r/m consultants own a shockingly large portion of the company:

As of June 4, 2009, all 50,000,000 shares of our
authorized common stock were outstanding. The address of the officers and
