pappy thanks. However, the fact remains you have a huge following and people will follow your actions. In the event it was a legal snafu and everything is great you are painted as the bad guy. As far as management doing things right you are absolutely correct but was it intentional or not is the question. They are learning and hopefully won't repeat the same think. Your expertise and knowledge is trully appreciated by many including myself. If I offended you in anyway please forgive me as that was not the intent. Accountibility for ones action is all. What wasn't said was late filings are not that uncommon. Good luck and do not misunderstand what I was trying to say...Steven
