Please help! Before I can hear

some of the music from here and they told me to download Realplayer 10 can hear all of them. So I did. But now I can't hear anything because everytime it shows " access denied" or show " download file" , but after download the file, I still can't hear any. Please please help me, If I can hear some as before, I will be very very happy. Please please help!
