资深乐评人冯礼慈:　六、七十年代美、英乐坛的民歌，是现代乐坛民歌黄金期之巅峰作品。当年正值火红年代，美、英乐坛民歌界人才辈出，当时的民歌遂成为了现代人心目中民歌的代名词。香港乐迷也深受当时美、英民歌的影响，一直到今，那时期民歌仍深印在大家的心中。这CD所选的曲目，展现了六、七十年代民歌最具代表性的一面。在这高科技电子年代，我们听回这些技术简朴但感情真挚的民歌，真感觉到世界和人在几十年代间转变是多么大啊。
