给喜欢Rock Music 的朋友

Rock Music 可以成为音乐系学生的论文课题，我只知道皮毛, 对乐器更是一窍不通。今天别针妈提到六十年代到八十年代是Rock Music的黄金时代，正好我最喜欢的三首Rock Music分处这三个年代，所以忍不住上来贴一贴。

1960s was about Beatles, I know, however overrated you may think they are. 第一次听Beatles, 我听出了一丝纯真（innocence），这感觉从来没有消失, 但Come Together（1969）让我相信他们是一支Rock Band.



1970s British Invasion 继续。Led Zeppelin风格更为硬朗，属于Hard Rock范畴。1975年的Kashmir是我的最爱，曲子深受印度，中东和北非音乐的影响，很有异域风情。



1980s的音乐我听得少了，怀旧好像要往远处走，还没轮到这个不尴不尬的八十年代。不过Guns N’ Roses的Sweet Child O’ Mine (1987) 不能不提，演唱和吉它演奏都令人窒息，实在是摇滚精神的力证。



我欣赏的流行乐评人ANN POWERS对个人心爱的音乐有一段精辟的评论：What do our secret love prove? Not the taste we share and debate; not our place in the world. Instead, this intensity connects to the aspects of ourselves we don't totally choose. They point toward the sweet-or-salty preferences that brain chemistry determines, and the web of affinities that begin in childhood and unfold over a lifetime. Secret loves explain why many of us turned to art in the first place, as a refuge, a defining factor, a motivational factor. They're worth revealing.

仔细想想，其实她的这段话意思也很简单：喜欢就是喜欢，爱谁谁。
