Question about viewing flash

Since monday, the flash has not been automatically started in one of my computers that is operated by MS Window2000. Everytime when I opened a flash file, the screen shows an empty box, when I move the mouse on it, the words "查看flash shows up", so I have to click it to start the flash. However, I don't have this problem in other computers operated by same OS.

Does any one has same kind of problem when viewing the flash?
