use iTunes

iTunes is a free media organizing software from apple.com
Once you installed iTunes, launch iTune, select Edit -> preferences -> Advanced -> importing, in "Importing Using" select "MP3 Encoder", in " "Setting" select "Higher Quality (192kbps)".
Then click "General" tab, remember "iTunes Music folder location", this is where the imported music go. click ok.
Now insert CD into computer, look at iTune, you will see it shows a list of music tracks, select all music tracks, then right click mouse, select Convert Music to MP3.
Copy imported mp3 musics into your media player. Youd are done.
