Kuku, when i was in England this summer, i found in england you don’t ask for the “restroom,” you ask for the “toilet.” In vain, I tried to explain that this word was considered somewhat vulgar in Canada – I eventually was able to compromise and asked for the “ladies’ room,” which they recognized as a valid term.
