1. go

C:\Documents and Settings\your_login_id\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

delete all files

2. explore the page your want

3. leave the page open, go to the temporary Internet Files folder again, you will see the music file 16.wma there.

4. copy the file out to whereever you want
