请教: 关于弹出enter your user name and password 窗口

有些朋友在打开帖子后,出现对话框,显示:
Please enter your user name and password for your proxy or firewall

我在朋友那儿也碰到这一情况,不知如何解决

是不是和自身电脑的安全设置有关?该如何更改?
