CANDLE IN THE WINDE by Elton John

The song, Candle In The Wind, was originally written and dedicated to Hollywood movie star, Marilyn Monroe, when she died in 1962. After Princess Dianna’s tragic death in Paris in 1997, the lyrics were re-written and Elton John dedicated the song to Princess Dianna.
