Making Duplicate Copy of VCD

There is an VCD movie that I'd like to make extra copies for personal use. Can I just use the regular DVD burning software such as Nero, Roxio Easy Media Creator, DVD X Copy... to burn that VCD to a DVD? Is there any other way to do it?
