I can't find it. Help!

I can't find the Menu button on the Windows Media Player so I clicked on the Tools on the Internet and still don't see the file types tab on the internet option. Please help. I used to use the Window Media Player but I downloaded Real Player so it gives me a lot of problems. Can I delete it without hurting my computer? Thanks.
