柔情似水、如夢如幻 　今年獲得金馬獎十一項入圍的【玻璃之城】，雖是一部以兩代間感情為主軸的作品，但因適時穿插了香港近卅年多年的許多變化，包括六０年代的香港暴動、七０年代的保釣邉樱?酥磷罱?南愀刍貧w等大事件，所以在溫馨動人的男女戀情中，卻有著觸動情懷的惆帳。 　全劇是透過黎明與舒淇這對戀人，以他們讀書時學校裡的一棟女生宿舍「何東大樓」做為揳子。數十年後，這棟大樓因老舊要拆除重建，用這棟大樓來印證這幾十年間人世變化與滄桑，導演張婉婷細膩的手法，使全片洋溢著一股柔情似水，而又如夢的風華蜜意，一幕幕地回憶著香港這幾十年的變遷，勾串起香港人的往日情懷與離愁別緒。 　何東先生是香港很有名望的一位爵士，據說，這部片也是他投資拍攝的，所以張婉婷才能不計血本，拍出如此精良的質感與內涵。 一段未完成的戀情 　【玻璃之城】故事是這樣子的--1997年除夕夜，倫敦橋旁萬人空巷，各色人種各國旅客雲集，於風雪中準備一起倒數迎接新年的來臨，一輛汽車也正風馳電掣地向著廣場進發，可是在最後一刻卻失事撞毀了，車上的一對中年男女廣生（黎明飾）與韻文（舒淇飾），也在群眾的歡呼迎歲聲中，雙擁而逝。 　事件成了翌日報刊的頭條新聞，然而調查結果，卻發現他們原來是一對偷情的戀人，各自在外國均有家室。兩人的家人知道此事之後，既驚且怒，雙方的配偶都拒絕到倫敦認屍，各自派一子（吳彥祖飾）及一女（張燊悅飾）前往辦理後事。 　兩個年青人都是在香港出生，因為這次意外，把這兩個立場對立的年輕人硬放在一起，初接觸時互相都怨恨對方害死自己的父母。但是，在他們開始翻閱一些警方在他們父母的行李中發現的照片、書信及日記，遂慢慢地將他們父母人生最後的一段旅程還原起來，他們也逐漸觸及一些父母湮遠遺亡的往事。 　回到香港，兩個年輕人放下成見，開始互相體諒，上一代錯綜複雜的關係使得他們禁不住去延續父母未完的愛情故事。 />

Try to Remember is also a TV adaptation of Mary Higgins Clark's novel.
Try to Remember is a song from the musical comedy The Fantasticks. It is the first song sung in the show, to get the audience to imagine what the sparse set suggests. Its lyrics, written by Tom Jones, famously rhyme "remember" with "September", "so tender", and "December." Harvey Schmidt composed the music.
Try to Remember was originally sung by Jerry Orbach in the Original Off Broadway production of The Fantasticks. "Try To Remember" made the Billboard Hot 100 pop chart three times in 1965 in versions by Ed Ames, Roger Williams and the Brothers Four. However, in 1975, Gladys Knight & The Pips had a huge international hit with their version of "Try to Remember," combining it into a medley with a cover of Barbra Streisand's "The Way We Were". It reached #11 on the Hot 100 chart. In Knight's version, she recited some of the lyrics from "Try To Remember" in spoken-word fashion before beginning to sing "The Way We Were." The Greek singer Nana Mouskouri also recorded it in three languages: German, French, and Italian.
Try to Remember was also used in the soundtrack of the film The Man Who Fell to Earth, the video game Chrono Trigger, and the Hong Kong film City of Glass (Boli zhi cheng).
