Try to change IE default setting:

Tool / Internet Options / Security / Custom Level / Miscellaneous , default is Disable, check Enable.

Last time 夕阳萧 told me i-f-r-a-m-e can't be used any more, really frustrate me. Anybody knows any way to make it work? Because i-f-r-a-m-e could save a lot of formating time.
