红蘿蔔 0.5 LB
新鲜蝦肉 0.5 LB
新鲜肉猪 0.3 LB

2)
add below :
太白粉 4餐勺 (table spoon)
糖 0.5 餐勺 (table spoon)
鹽 0.5 餐勺 (table spoon)
醬油 1.5餐勺 (table spoon)


3)
Then:

all above 撹拌together


4)

制成一个一个直径2寸(inch) 小圓薄饼


5)

少少的油煎炸 each小圓薄饼 until 金黄色的熟


6) final

add in 酒1餐勺 (table spoon) and 2餐勺(table spoon) water for more 熟:))


7) 好吃!
