I’m not a big fan of Amy Tan and rarely read her books,

but I believe her novel, Joy Luck Club’s got nothing to do with anti-China or anti-Chinese culture. It's just her way of interpreting the culture impact, her way of understanding the difference in Chinese and American cultures.
