You gave new bank $15000

Your new bank gives you $2000.  Your old escrow is $10,000, 

assuming "我的新旧贷款的escrow 基本不变."  the refi cost is 15000-10000-2000 = 3000. 

montly payment reduced by $30,  so that takes 100 month to break even.  

100 months = 8 years+
