What's the fees for cashout refin and regular refin?

Not knowing when you plan to use the money and what the fees for cashout refin and regular refinance are, it's hard to give you my suggestions.  

 

可否先 HELOC 然后马上 regular term refinance-  When you refinance later, your lender might ask you to close your HELOC or to do the subordination.  Check with your credit unit.  My experience with USbank is $250 for the subordination fee.  Sometimes, there's a fee to close the HELOC if you don't keep it for a certain time frame.
