急问贷款自住房 已有4个投资房， 现住房不想先卖， 想买了再卖，不行 求助！

Like to move to a bigger house, in order to get a good price, no body takes home sales contingency, so  have to buy first then sell.

but has had 4 rentals, so currently total 5 loans. I was told they would only allow 5 loans in total per person. 

Can anybody savvy here tell me if there is any bank offering that?
