马航失联后的反思

近日，有消息透露，马航客机失联后，有资深科学家透过中国工程院向TG国家领导人递交了一封信，希望开始建设全球卫星监视网络。

“我们现在如果拥有一套全球监视网络，就不必在黑暗中搜索了，我们就更容易发现(失联)飞机，一直跟踪其到达最终位置。草拟中的方案希望把我们的地区监视能力提升到全球范围。”
