Agree: One is technology, another is technique

There are so many countries in the world having aircraft carriers but only a few countried can launch satellites.  Having the satellite technology, China has the ability to sit at the same table with with big boys.  However, by having the ability to produce and to operate aircraft carrier systems is a significant improvement and enables China to say Yes or No to smaller countries.
