I believe that UN will know nothing about the drug trades in Afghanistan.

Besides, I question the number 92%, why not 95, or 90, but the exact number, 92? Aren't the drug dealers having their own kingdoms, in which a lot of drug deals are done in secret or without public knowing? Are these transaction included or excluded in those UN reports?
