Just in case that you don't know, the Russian pacific

regions are adjacent to the Chinese territory (Most of them belonged to China hundreds of years ago). I just wonder if the Russian strategic bombers will fly over the Chinese territory or fly along the Chinese coastline to carry out its patrol duty over Pacific ocean. Either way they will be very close to the Chinese borders. Btw, did the Russians do this (patrol near China) during Cold War?
