China do not want to give jap an excuse to own nuclear weapon,this is the reason why china want non-nuclear in korea. Nuclear is dangerous for china even it is owned by Korea ane even worse if jap own it. If jap own nuclear weapon then it is out of US's control and that is jap's dream.
