乌克兰HIMARS摧毁了别尔哥罗德火力发电厂空气轮机建筑的地基，TPP主楼起火，进而摧毁了通用电气涡轮机（工厂总共有2台空气轮机），现在该工厂只为民众提供热水供应。

另一枚导弹击中了 Blizhnyaya Igumenskaya 变电站，损坏了变压器和输电线路。
