The Russian Federation Recruits New Cutthroats Whose Brutal Actions Are Spiraling Europe Into Terror?

Zelenyj Kut — The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to advance toward Dobropillia and Sumy, while also stabilizing the situation in Kupiansk, causing Russian forces to retreat from that area as well. Confirming they have regained control over an additional 1.3 km² near Pokrovsk in the last 24 hours, ZSU Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyj reported territorial gains of 164.5 km² on that front, with another 2.1 km² currently being cleared. Confirming what we have thoroughly documented from the field, Syrskyj stated that an additional 180.8 km² has been cleared of enemy sabotage units (DRG) that infiltrated the area around Dobropillia, effectively freeing seven more settlements.

On the eastern slope nearby, however, the Russians persist in trying to infiltrate the dense woods of the Serebriansky Forest, a nature reserve on the left bank of the Siversky Donets River and southwest of Kreminna (which they control in the oblast’ of Luhansk).
They keep dumping expendables, hoping to move closer to Lyman. Because it’s very hard to contain them in that taiga due to the thick vegetation, some of them have managed to penetrate the hromada of that city of the Ukrainian Donbas, committing brutal crimes against the local civilians in Shandryholove.

There, some of those DRGs killed an entire family of Ukrainian civilians yesterday, taking the only child they hadn’t shot hostage. Radio intercepts revealed that before the ambush, a Russian commander nicknamed ‘Bali’ had ordered «to act quickly, killing everyone indiscriminately.» Live footage captured from above by a drone leaves no room for doubt: the Russians entered a residential building and deliberately opened fire at close range on the girl’s parents, kidnapping her and continuing the attack while using her body as a shield.

Another child abduction occurred just as Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska was trying to appeal to the sensibilities of American First Lady Melania Trump to gain greater pressure from Ukraine’s international partners to return the tens of thousands of other children abducted by the Russian Federation in Ukraine, thus preventing others from suffering the same fate.

As the spokesman for the 3rd Azov Army Corps, which guarded that small settlement, already occupied by the Russians in 2022 and then liberated that same year by the Ukrainians, emphasized, «all radio intercepts indicate the planned nature of the Russian actions.»
Horrific crimes, marked by systemic brutality and recorded live, identical to those we witnessed in Bucha, Trostianets, Izium, and countless other Ukrainian cities we reported on, where the Russian Armed Forces were given free rein from above to vent their worst killer instincts.

Not even a week ago, the Russians shot three more Ukrainian civiliansliving in the occupied village of Kozachi Laheri: two men aged 55 and 64, and a 62-year-old woman, according to the file opened by the Kherson Prosecutor’s Office. A few days earlier, they had opened fire on another civilian walking along the side of the road, clutching a suitcase containing his few personal belongings he managed to grab before evacuating the village of Udachne, in the oblast’ of Donetsk.

Having miraculously escaped more than one Russian DRG ambush ourselves, we can personally attest that, in terms of brutality and modus operandi, their actions are perfectly in line with those of the worst cutthroats employed by the most brutal terrorist regimes on Earth.

It is no coincidence that just the day before yesterday, it emerged that Russia, along with Iran, is recruiting former ISIS fighters and ruthless mercenaries from the Middle East on a large scale, promising them financial incentives of between $3,000 and $8,000 and Russian citizenship after six months of service. The extensive correspondence cited by “Ukrainska Pravda” in this regard reveals migration and trade routes along four main paths spanning Iran, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

By integrating more jihadist-style executioners into its army, adding to the mosaic of Hirkut, Buryat, Siberian, Mongol, and Chechen fighters already massacring, raping, and kidnapping in Ukraine with the Russian flag on their arms, Moscow is pushing Europe into an increasingly brutal spiral.
